Return/Refunds Policy: Not of Efficacy: Everyone experiences is somewhat different, and there is no guaranteed or standard reaction. Certain people may find that they need larger amounts, while others may find they need very little amounts. It may not work for some people with very specific-end goals. Please keep in mind that (there is no mental high or physical high) so you necessarily wont feel anything when using our product.

We will then double-check it on our end, and if we find that it was our mistake, then we will immediately ship a replacement to you on us to make it right. If Wild Roots Apothecary finds that it was not our error, then we cannot reimburse our customers for the shipping cost of returning an item, and must deduct the shipping cost from the refund total.

• Product Defects & Damaged Packages: We allow a 2- day window from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product, or if the package it was in was damaged in transit. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the 2-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.
